Mock-Up Application

Mock-up method is a technique that we apply to our patients who wish to see how the result of the procedure will be in aesthetic dental applications. In the mock-up application, the aesthetic procedures to be applied are tested on the prepared wax mold without touching the teeth of our patient and the tooth will be shown to the patient in the first place so he/she can experience the smile he/she will have when the treatment is completed.

Preparation

Before starting this application, we take the dental and smiling photos of our patients, in addition to their impressions. The length, angle and form of the tooth to be made are determined.

Application

In our laboratory, a personalized design is made with the impression taken from the patient and it is applied to the mouth in the next session, allowing the patient to experience how he/she will look and feel as a result of the application, to share his/her photographs with his/her relatives, and to experience a few days of mock-up restorations, if necessary.

Result

Thus, our patients, who know exactly what to achieve, minimizes the possibility of surprises and disappointment. Aesthetic dental treatment results in fewer sessions, endeavors and fittings.
